This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and learning agility on students’ managerial readiness in the Society 5.0 era. The research was conducted on active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Banjarmasin. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research instruments were tested through validity and reliability tests, while the data were examined using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results show that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on students’ managerial readiness. Learning agility also has a positive and significant effect and shows a stronger contribution than digital literacy. Simultaneously, digital literacy and learning agility significantly influence students’ managerial readiness, with an R Square value of 0.545. This indicates that both variables explain 54.5% of the variation in students’ managerial readiness, while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings imply that universities need to strengthen digital-based learning, adaptive learning capacity, leadership training, and practical managerial experiences to prepare students for dynamic work environments in the Society 5.0 era.
