Plagiarism Policy

RIAM: Research in Applied Management upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and originality. All submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the author(s) and must not contain any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or inappropriate citation practices. Plagiarism is defined as the use of ideas, data, words, figures, or any intellectual property of others without proper acknowledgment.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal will be screened using plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin or similar tools, prior to the peer review process. The journal applies a maximum similarity threshold of 20%, excluding references, bibliography, and properly quoted or cited materials.

Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism or unethical publication practices may be rejected immediately or returned to the author(s) for correction. If plagiarism is identified after publication, the editorial board reserves the right to retract the article and take appropriate actions in accordance with publication ethics standards.

By submitting a manuscript to RIAM, authors agree to comply with this plagiarism policy and accept all consequences arising from violations of academic integrity and ethical publishing practices.
