Open Access Policy

RIAM: Research in Applied Management provides immediate open access to all published content based on the principle that freely accessible scientific knowledge promotes a wider global exchange of research, innovation, and academic collaboration. All articles published in this journal are available online without subscription barriers and can be accessed, downloaded, and shared freely for academic and non-commercial purposes.

This journal adopts the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which states that open access literature should be freely available on the public internet, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers, other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
